We are happy to offer trouble-free returns, but if you feel unsure about our sizing, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. Helping you get right piece in the correct size ensures that you and our environment will be happy. We can collectively reduce our environmental impact caused by unnecessary shipping by keeping returns to a minimum. 
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, we gladly provide refunds or exchanges on unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items.  Any returned items that are not in a condition suitable for resale will be charged a 15% restocking fee. In the event that the garment has been used, washed, soiled or damaged no refund will issued and the garment can be returned to you at your shipping expense.
We must receive the item within 14 calendar days from delivery date (per parcel tracking number). We strongly recommend that you send your return within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back in time.
Please email us at questions@ayrtight.com to arrange a return. Please ship with a carrier that provides a tracking number as items are your responsibility until we have confirmed the receipt at our returns center.
We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
