AYRTIGHT will accept domestic and international returns of full price merchandise up to 14 days after order delivery.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for refund, all items must be returned in the same condition as received, in the original bag, unworn, unlaundered, and with original hangtags attached.   

All returns will be inspected before return approval.     

For approved returns, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.  Please allow up to 5 business days for a return to be processed. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time.  If a different size, colour, or item is needed, kindly place a new order and return the current full price item for a refund.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Drop offs are not accepted at the return address.

AYRTIGHT is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
