SHIPPING & PAYMENT

SHIPPING

Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order 1-2 business days from when it is received. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you to gather the information we need process the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

AYRTIGHT cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Please note that transit times may be longer for remote locations and that we cannot control shipping carrier delays. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

AYRTIGHT is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered upon confirmation from associated shipping carrier.

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact questions@ayrtight.com immediately. Once an order has left our facility, orders cannot be cancelled.

For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from Canada. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

 

PAYMENT

We do not currently accept Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit credit cards.

International customers must use a valid international credit card.

If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed.

Charges will appear on statements as AYRTIGHT CLOTHING.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be charged where applicable.
